[Can anyone think of any useful resources as frequested below?
Please cc any direct replies to me, Bruce]

Dear Bruce Metelerkamp

Thanks for your page "sowacs", it is very useful
and
interesting. I am writing to you because hopefuly you know where to find
some information I am looking for.

At present I am trying to validate a model on heat
flux in soil and I need basically simultaneos measurements on soil
temperature, soil water content and solar radiation. I know that some data
are available from research institutions for free or paying a reasonable
fee. Mainly I am interested in sensors placed close to the soil surface but
until now I did not
find these kind of data. I will very much appreciate your comments or
suggestions on how and where to search this kind of data.

                        Thank you,
