You might look in the reference lists of some of the papers available in
PDF format at http://www.cprl.ars.usda.gov/programs/

Also, the International Atomic Energy Agency will be coming out with a
TEC-DOC containing a reference list for the neutron probe. I am unsure of
the date of availability, but it should be soon.
