Steve was right that we recently compiled a list of references that will be
published in IAEA-TECDOC-1137 on "Comparison of soil water measurement using
the neutron scattering, time domain reflectometry and capacitance methods"
that will be printed soon. Contact me or Pierre Moutonnet regarding this.
