Hello Emilio

You might want to speak to Frank Law, Deputy Director, at the UK Institute
of Hydrology. He could advise you about obtaining the SWIPS software. His
e-mail is F.Law@ioh.ac.uk.  

This is quite convenient software for rapid conversion of raw data to
graphical output, showing depth profile and time series data. You might
check how easily processed data might be exported to spread sheet, for any
further data manipulation you might want to undertake.
