analysis of TDR waveforms

Dear Mr. Metelerkamp:

I am looking for information on programs that may be available to
analyze the waveforms from unbalanced (3-prong) sensors installed
in unsaturated soil.  I am not a programmer, and the prospect of
having to learn a programming language in order to write a
program to analyze our home-made sensors is rather daunting.  Do
you have any ideas for where I would be able to find potential
suppliers?  We own a Tektronix 1502B to generate the waveforms.
I was hoping that maybe some researcher had already written a
program to do this and would be willing to share or provide some
guidance.
