Volume 4 issue no. 1 of the "Wetting Front," our unit newsletter, is being
printed and should be mailed next week.  The "on-line" (html) and "pdf"
versions are available for immediate download now at
http://www.cprl.ars.usda.gov/wmru/wfront.htm .

We had to change our publishing dates form May and Nov. to Jan. (I know this
one is still late) and July to better accommodate work schedules and meetings.
