Dear Sowacsers,

I have been reviewing the literature on TDR
in an attempt to determine the most relevant problems in this area
currently in need of solving, in the opinion of soil scientists
and also in the opinion of TDR equipment manufacturers.

I would greatly appreciate any opinion/insight anyone in this list wish
to offer, regarding research needed in this area.
