Devices to determine unsaturated hydraulic properties?

Hello,

I am looking for information about commercially
available devices which are capable of estimating the
unsaturated hydraulic properties of unconsolidated
soils and sediments.  Specifically, the properties
estimated by the device would be: (1) the soil water
retention curve [plot of water potential versus water
content], and (2) the hydraulic conductivity as a
function of water content and/or water potential.

What's out there?  Who is using it?  If not, does
anyone else need this kind of device?
