It has been designed by the french national agronomic institute (INRA), Avignon unit, Soil Science Dept. It is a method based on the drying of a saturated non disturbed soil sample, in where a placed 6 micro-tensiometers at differeznt depths. The average soil water content is followed as well thanks to a sclale that measures the weight of the system. Thus, we have the data of h(z,t) and THETAavg(t). Using the WIND algorhithm, the Van Genuchten model and the Darcy's law, we finally obtain the curves H(Theta), K(Theta) and K(h). You can download our short form catalogue from SDEC-France website, at: http://www.sdec-france.com For further informations, we can supply you all necessary litterature on the WIND method and on our "WIND" system.
