dear sir,

i am seeking info about how to source a rateskaler for a neutron probe here
in Manaus, Amazonas.  My hosting institutions options are to locate a
rateskaler to make this unit serviceable OR to solicit nuclear disposal
assistance from the Brazilian nuclear safety agency.  Soilwater equipment
is expensive and hard to come by here so disposal of this NEVER used unit
would be a shame as far as local researchers are concerned.  Any ideas
about who to contact?
