You can try  - Embrapa - Instrumentacao Agropecuaria in Rio Claro.
I know that they have fixed some neutron probes in the past.
Another option are the researchers at CENA and ESALQ in Piracicaba they
have been working with neutron probes for a long time and, probably, they
know who could help you
