HI,

I am a student final year MDes, and I am designing a toy that will use
similar technology to your capacitance soil sensors.

I was aiming to use a capacitance (hetrodyne occilator) circuit, based on a
digital theremin. However, I was wondering if your research had led to more
stable acapacitance sensing devices - I want to detect human proximity, and
need to create a sensitive field - perhaps such as the TRIME technology may
be suitable?

The product would be used as a thereputic toy for disabled children, and
would provide sound and light feedback. But I would like to find a very
stable capacitance circuit, if this has been developed.

Many, many thanks,
John Biddleston
