Wescor makes an in situ leaf psychrometer for monitoring leaf
water potential (non-destructive), or sample chambers for
monitoring leaf discs or entire leaves (destructive). One chamber is
designed to determine total water potential, osmotic potential and
(indirectly) turgor pressure on the same sample. See:
