Re: TDR instrument with regulable risetime.

Possible solution:  An HP 54750A series sampling scope combined with
a PicoSecond Pulse Labs fast generator and a set of pulse shaping
filters that will allow selection of rise time (I don't have their
catalog right here and it has been a while since I looked, so I don't
recall the available risetime selections.  They can likely make you
what ever you need).
