Dear Elimoel,

perhaps you could contact Dr. Marec Malicki, from the Institute on
Agrophysics, Lublin, Poland (mmal@demeter.ipan.lublin.pl). He is a real
expert on this matter and actually the brain behind their spin-off
company Easy Test (see Sowacs pages). I don't know if he is a subscriber
to this list (if yes, hello Marec!). They don't work with step pulses
(as Tektronix technology does), but with needle pulses. I suppose that
the oscilloscope they are using can regulate risetime.
