Dear Dr Camilo L. T. Andrade

My PhD work may be of some help to you as far as runoff measurements are
concerned. I indeed developed a methodology to measure instantaneous runoff
flow
on small plots (20 m2) that was based on pressure sensors in drums. I send you
an extract of my manuscript written in french !!! If you find problems to
understand some details, please contact me.
