Review/Survey of Soil Moisture Measurement Methods

Could anyone of you having access to the following articles send me
copies of the same per post. My postal address is: BAANDA A. SALIM,
INSTITUT FUER LANDTECHNIK, UNIVERSITAET BONN, D-53115 BONN, GERMANY. The
first volunteer should let others know that he/she has done so to avoid
"hundreds" of copies being sent to me. I believe if someone volunteers
(especially within Europe) it could take a shorter time than I doing it
through interlibrary loan.
