The Cary paper was published in the Proceedings of the 1981 ASAE Irrigation Scheduling Conference, pp 81-90. Proceedings Title is Irrigation Scheduling for Water and Energy Conservation in the 80s. This proceedings is no longer listed in the ASAE Pubs catalog.
