Theta Probe

Does anyone out there have any correlation data from neutron probe and
theta probe?  I've noticed that theta probe unit  pricing is coming into
more reasonable range (for quantities), getting seriously close to
preparing a purchase requisition,  but still haven't any raw data to
analyze.  I'm sure the technical committee will want to know by which
standard have I made my selection of this particular device.
