Re: TDR use in varying temperature

Dear Jon Southen:
I am doing some work on the effect of extreme temperatures and low soil
water content on dielectric constant of the soil-water-air mixture under
sandy soil conditions (> 96% sand). However, I am in still in the
process and I did not finish. I am aware of two paper published
recently in the Water Res. Res. Journal:

Wraith, J. M. ; Or, D. 1999. Temperature effects on soil bulk
dielectric permittivity measured by time domain reflectometry:
Experimental evidence and hypothesis development Water Resour. Res.
Vol. 35 , No. 2 , p. 361.

Or, D. ; Wraith, J. M. 1999. Temperature effects on soil bulk
dielectric permittivity measured by time domain reflectometry: A
physical model Water Resour. Res. Vol. 35 , No. 2 , p. 371.

Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information.
Yours,
Ali.
