The invoice should specify: 1) Full name of each item with model number and
FOB price to international airport (i.,e., including inland freight and
packing expense); 2) State clearly the country of origin and the port of
embarkation; 3) State the maximum possible invoice validity and delivery
time; 4) Name and address and representative in Brazil of manufacture (if
the case); 5) Description per items; 6) Unit and total prices (FOB); 7)
Cost, insurance and freight (prepaid or collect); 8) Weight per item; 9)
Form of payment of items; 10) Bank to pay.
