SOWACS: TDR, TENSIOMETER Suppliers RQD.

Wenceslau asks for help locating automated TDR and tensiometers
for purchase (see below).
I have sent him the current sowacs list of the suppliers I have
available on the sowacs suppliers web page:

but I am sure he will be deluged with more specific
information...
Perhaps we should ask Wenceslau to provide sowacs with some
background as to his requirements and possible measurement setup.
