Marty Grogan told us of his sensor's capability to detect changes in humidity of the atmosphere surrounding it - sounds like a new humidity sensor is due for release shortly? ;> The use of the sensor to detect condensed water may be more of an immediate reality: Could the system as outlined be used to replace a cooled mirror dew-point detector? (And so get rid of the problems associated with dirty mirrors). Dew point sensors are the best in very humid environments where other types fail, but the problems of the mirror becoming contaminated after frequent condensation and re-evaporation are difficult to address. Any comment?
