Deep Tensiometers

We have modified tensiometers to operate at any depth below land surface.
The advantages of our Deep Tensiometers include:
1) can operate at any depth below land surface
2) provides for removal of pressure transducers for calibration,
replacement, or repair.
3) can be converted for use as a lysimeter
4) gets rid of most of the diurnal variation in tension values
5) could be converted for use as a thermocouple psycrometer
6) we have installed as many as 11 in a single borehole to the 20 m depth.

Disadvantages found to date:
1) barometric presure flucuations become obvious but ...

While we are in the commercialization phase we would like to make a few unit
available should anyone have a need.
