Irrigation Scheduling Methods, Inc. (ISM) of Wenatchee, Washington announces newly developed software modules that have been incorporated into their uniquely designed PRISM-ISS Irrigation Scheduling Software computer program. The newly added modules have been specifically developed for the wine grape industry and row crop/center pivot growers.

The RDI (Regulated Deflect Irrigation) version for wine grape’s will allow the grower to effectively track the plant physiological response with current vine growth rate and shoot length extension graphs. Data & graphs incorporated from the "Pressure Chamber System" (The Bomb) out of Corvallis, Oregon have been included for leaf moisture stress.

The IWM (Irrigation Water Management) version for row crop/center pivot growers shows graphs and data for water applied and water usage, an irrigation event record and ET vs. application.

PRISM-ISS was designed for easily field set-up for irrigation scheduling/soil moisture monitoring graphs & data, two-way transfer communication allowing importing/exporting into the PRISM-CMP portable hand held data logger or manually down loading, collecting accurate data and implementing a complete water conservation program in 1-2 days. PRISM software allows the grower to set-up a program based on irrigation trigger points specific to each irrigation system/block or center pivot. The PRISM software programs have already effectively been working with vineyards, all types of tree fruit & row crops.
