Information on the SDEC sensor

Moutonnet Pierre (moutonne@ripo1.iaea.or.at) wrote to sowacs on the
topic of TENSIONICS - a type of tensiometer from
SDEC in France (see address details page) that can apparently electronically measure
water potential, ionic
concentration of the soil solution, and isotopic content of an
element measured when required. (It can measure nitrates,
for example)!
